چکیده

Complexities in obturation and difficulties disinfection are the major problems that make endodontic treatment very time-consuming. A new perspective is needed to reduce working time as well answer these two problems. Until now, none of established techniques for root canal filling can guarantee a perfect seal. Solid substances cannot be manipulated easily fill tiny branches system hermetically. At same time, anaerobes facultative anaerobes, especially Enterococcus faecalis, are dominant infections discussion. As shown many studies, it extremely difficult perfectly disinfect faecalis even by using some irrigating solutions with strong antibacterial properties. Under anaerobic conditions, invasion efficiency increased. In case irrigation totally eliminate strategy also deal bacteria still survive canal. Oxygen ease, prevent from being pathogenic. Therefore, oxygen biomaterial after proper cleaning shaping procedures expected solve The aim this article was discuss possible concept dental restoration uses an oxygen-permeable membrane decrease required treatment. placed at orifice duct created connect entire free air outside restoration. function more or less similar mask used during COVID-19 pandemic, enables circulate while preventing any fluid, debris, microorganisms passing. We hypothesize circulating will act antimicrobial agent constantly renewed.

Introduction: The TC system, developed in 2002, allows the endodontic filling by means of a non-conventional technique that uses gutta-percha at alpha phase, thermoplasticized in its own oven, placed into canal through a McSpadden compactor, without using a main cone. Objective: The aim of this case report was to show the TC system used for root canal filling. Case report: Three teeth of a pati...
